Eurocontrol is able to perform training courses at Eurocontrol premises or on-site, in order to train our customers to maintain our equipment. We can also provide special tools and test equipment to increase the capabilities of the customers to detect the failed component after a troubleshooting process. This way, the recovery time of the system after a failure is significantly reduced and the customer’s capabilities considerably expanded.
WORLDWIDE SETTING TO WORK AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
Eurocontrol is able to sell and ship all over the world, our technicians are available to supervise all installation activities and to participate in the setting-to-work activities for the first functioning of the equipment. We guarantee constant support to the customer, for any questions or in case of need for intervention or repairs/retrofit at our premises.
SUPPORT DURING CUSTOMER'S DESIGN PHASE
Our R&D office is available to give support during the drafting of the technical specifications. In fact, we can carry out preliminary product specifications starting from a few requirements, putting our experience at your service to start new projects with the right support and the right level of knowledge of products and possible options.
Each new project is a challenging technical opportunity to stretch the level of our know-how and competence.
EUROCONTROL MAINTENANCE PLUS
Eurocontrol offers a new and exclusive system support service directly to end users, thus obtaining many significant benefits: minimize the cost of downtime, maximize the uptime service, extend the equipments’ operational life, resolve problems independently, swiftly and effectively, balance supply and depot costs.
On the basis of our experience in defense applications, Eurocontrol is able to perform qualification tests to qualify an overall system, composed by Eurocontrol products integrated with other products.
Eurocontrol will handle inhouse all aspects concerned with:
- test bench (i.e. to test motor)
- electric loads
Measurement services for shock, vibration, environmental and noise testing.
ILS Managers are an integral part of the design and manufacturing process influencing requirements and design considerations such that our products are designed to have an optimal balance of requirements for production, integration, supportability, maintainability and whole life cost cycle.
We provide full Integrated Logistics Analysis (LSA) covering all aspect of: Availability, Reliability and Maintainability (ARM), Initial Spares Provisioning, Technical Publications, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Human Factor Integration (HFI), Supportability Test, Evaluation and Verification (STEV), Life Cycle Products Support, Total Configuration Control and Up-grade Sustainability.
